I’m writing to appeal the disablement of my account (xxx@gmail.com). As a U.S. user residing in China, I rely on a legitimate VPN to access Google services—this is the only feasible way, given local accessibility restrictions.​
Frequent VPN toggling (due to network instability) and my roommate’s account logging in via the same WiFi likely caused an IP-based misjudgment of “mass creation/robot use.” I created this account manually for [personal/study/work] use, with no bot involvement.​
I will switch to a stable dedicated VPN. Please re-review and reactivate my indispensable account.​
